Blackblast #66 - Calf Raises & One Leg Squats

-10 count stretch to the toes
-spread the legs 10 count stretch to the left, right, middle
-10 count calf stretch each leg
-The pax started at the bottom of the stairs in the parking structure and ran to the top and did 15 calf raises each leg. They then ran back to the bottom and did 10 one leg squats each leg with their back leg on the bench. They repeated this process until about 6:10.
-The challenge for the pax was to run up the stairs each time without stopping to walk.
-25 American hammers in cadence

-25 big boy sit-ups
