Blackblast #78 - Deconstruction of a man maker

We completed a POAS work out, running through downtown, stopping several times to work on deconstructing the 8 count or Manmaker. The basic moves of a Manmaker are squats, groiners, Merkins, plank jacks, groiners and squats. It started with 10 squats. Then adding 10 reps of each exercise one stop at a time, also completing the exercises previous used. After completing all of the individual exercises, we completed some stretching on the heated sidewalk of the theatre.
