The thang: Moseyed from the zoo , up the hill from the trails and down the drive to Millennium park and back, running a total of 4.04 miles while throwing and catching a football. Each time football was dropped, burpee’s had to be done. Started at 5 and increased by 5’s each time there was a drop. We stopped at 15, and continued do to them in counts of ten. There were also shoulder tap merkins, and dips performed during the mosey.
