Warm-O-Rama: Superman’s, side straddle hops, butt kicks, side shuffles, floor sweeps, inch worms, lunge with a twist.
The thang: started with a mosey to the hill. Went 3/4’a up and beat crawled the rest. Moseyed back to AO. Completed coupon curls, OH presses, skull crushers, and merkins as a group with each person counting up around the circle with everyone completing a rep. Before beginning we picked a number of what we thought we were capable of completing as a group and tried to meet or exceed the highest number. Went on another mosey and returned to AO. Did same thing as before but combined all previous exercises into one. Started with a merkin, jumping up and performing a curl into an overhead press, followed by standing tricep extension.
Mary: 25 4ct. reps of each for two rounds. Penguins, LBC’s, American Hammers, toe touches.
Word: Goals can be exceeded, but also not met do not get caught up in getting down if you don’t meet your goals and use it as motivation to keep working harder
