WARM-o-RAMA Mosey, SSH, Seal clappers (“we’re never gonna survive unless, we are a little crazy” would play from an unseen speaker with each clap, then turn off with the second clap), open the gate

THE THANG You vs You for the PAX, a ladder with coupon thrusters x 10, Plank Jacks x 20, BBS x 20, Merkin x 20, flutter kick (single count) x 20, burpee x 10. Climb the ladder then mosey around the border of Centennial Park. Complete as many trips up the ladder as you can.

MARY Overhead coupon carry (thanks Gravy) across the Park. Circle plank with each PAX individually completing 10 BBS then running around the circle before the next PAX went. Wingman Merkin ladder (up to 10, then back down)
